We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below regarding delivery times, shipping costs, and shipping conditions.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union. Availability of delivery to a specific country is shown during checkout.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional campaigns, holidays, or in the case of custom or made-to-order items.

3. Delivery time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping carrier. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or customs procedures where applicable.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, size of the order, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before the order is completed.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery address

Please make sure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to accept the parcel, we reserve the right to charge any costs incurred for return shipment or repeated delivery.

8. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage to the courier where possible and contact us without undue delay at:

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
