A. Withdrawal Notice
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Matside Sp. z o.o., ul. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components, where possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that suitable packaging is used to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods freight collect.
3) Please note that the provisions set out in sections 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
